Saline County, AR - The Saline County Human Resources Committee will meet on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 6:15 P.M. in Courtroom #3 to review the request below by the Sheriff:

-Sheriff Rodney Wright: Request to increase a new hire in the detention center from $16.00 to $17.28 due to the experience the employee is bringing to the position. Retro the pay back to the initial hire date of 5/15/2023. No additional monies are needed since the line is already budgeted for $17.28 and enough in the line to pay the employee throughout 2023 without a transfer.

Items approved at this meeting through JESAP and HR, will require verbal approval through Finance on July 3, 2023 and Quorum Court on July 17, 2023 before the rate can be changed. 

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Patrons may enter the Courthouse via the Main Street Entrance and/or Market St. Entrance (Note the Market St. Entrance is ADA accessible)
