ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the FEMA Drainage Mitigation Project will be received by the Saline County Airport Commission at the Saline County Regional Airport, ATTN: Mr. Dane Pruitt, Airport Manger, 1100 Hill Farm Road, Bryant, AR 72022 until 11:00 AM local time, Monday, April 16, 2018.
Work includes: Drainage ditch grading, excavation and on-site fill placement, grouted rip-rap, and fence repairs, among other incidental tasks. The Airport Commission reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any and all bids.
Bid Packages may be obtained from the Saline County Regional Airport by email request to dane.pruitt@salinecounty.org or by phone request to (501) 672-9809.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid which shall be a cashier's check payable to the order of the Saline County Airport Commission, drawn on a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas, or by a corporate bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid.
All Contractors must be Arkansas licensed on the day of the bid submittal, and they shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. There shall be only one (1) bid submitted per State Contractors License. The Bidder's Arkansas license shall be indicated on the bid form.
