Circuit Judge Robert Herzfeld has presided over the 4th Division since the position was created in 2009. Judge Herzfeld hears probate, domestic, civil and criminal cases and also serves as the Administrative Judge for the 22nd Judicial District.
The 4th Division courtroom is at 321 N. Main, Benton, Arkansas, located a block north of the main courthouse.
