INVITATION FOR BIDS

A Facility Addition for the

SALINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Benton, AR

The Saline County Judge requests bids for construction of an Addition to the Saline County Sheriff's Office in Benton, AR.

Bid Documents shall be available on Monday, July 18, 2016.  Documents may be viewed at Southern Reprographics in Little Rock.  A set of drawings and specifications may be obtained for the cost of reproduction at Southern Reprographics.  The drawings may also be downloaded as PDF files from the architect's FTP site at the following address:

Interested Contractors must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference to be held on Monday, August 1, at 10:00 a.m. in the office of Black Corley Owens & Hughes Architects, 219 W South St., Benton, AR 72015.  Failure to attend the pre-bid conference will disqualify the Bidder.

Bids will be recieved until 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 8, 2016 at the office of Black Corely Owens & Hughes Architects, 219 W South St., Benton, AR 72015.  At that time bids will be opened and read aloud.

All bids must be submitted on the BID FORM published with the Bid Documents and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the name and address of the bidder.  Each bid submitted must contain Bid Form and Payment & Performance Bond.  Failure to complete and provide these two items will render the bid Non-Responsive and Void.

The Saline County Judge reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any formalities in the bid process.

Bids are encouraged from enterprises owned by minorities and women.
